**While we do our best to keep costs as low as possible, we are a small business and appreciate your understanding of all of the unseen costs that go into creating and shipping a product out. We encourage you to shop around for pop up signs which typically start at around $150 in the US!**

*Return Policy*

If you are unsatisfied with your Line Sign, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less the cost of return shipping. Item must be returned in original condition with all included parts & literature. 

If your product arrives damaged or becomes defective within the first 30 days of receipt, you may request a replacement product. You must request this by email to TheLineSign@gmail.com and include description of damage/defect as well as photo evidence. If we have attempted to troubleshoot the problem and cannot resolve the issue, we will then process your return or replacement. We may request that you return the original item to us at our expense with a prepaid shipping label.
